Teaching our Digital Kids Hub Coordinator

Hanan Harrison Hanan Harrison is an educator who over the past 6 years has developed a keen interest in pedagogy and innovative curriculum design. She is currently employed in a number of projects one of which is ANSN State Coordinator for Queensland. In this role she has been proactive in implementing new initiatives which have flowed out of the ANSN/IBM KidSmart project and include ICT integration in early childhood settings. In addition she has been instrumental in developing Protocols Training in Queensland.

She also lectures pre-service teachers at a Sunshine Coast university focusing on developing strategies for implementing a futures orientated curriculum. However, the majority of her time is spent as critical friend for a cluster of 12 schools that are part of the EQ's New Basics Trial, assisting schools in the process of pedagogical reform and curriculum development.
