Introductory 5 Day Instructional Leadership Hub through the Art and Science of Teaching

Explicit links to the Art and Science Framework and the Dimensions of Learning Framework

This hub is designed to empower educational leaders at all levels of responsibility (principals, deputy principals, curriculum leaders and key teachers) to engage in a strategic direction of school improvement.
Contemporary research from prominent national and international education researchers all identify that teachers are the single most prominent factor that impacts on student learning that can be readily changed.

If schools are serious about improving student learning, then they need to focus energy, time and commitment on what research says works – improving the effectiveness of all our teachers- moving from good to excellent. Instruction leadership

This 5 day workshop is aimed at participants who want to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours that are essential for instructional leaders to effectively implement their school’s pedagogical framework.
