Technology workshop for early childhood educators

The Australian National Schools Network in conjunction with Edith Cowan University would like to invite early childhood educators within the Perth district to participate in a 2 day Digi-Kids Workshop opportunity.

The hands-on workshop provides opportunity for participants to explore and develop strategies how technology can be integrated through a play based curriculum.

The principles and philosophy of this 2 day workshop is based on the learning's from the IBM KidSmart project which has been a national project since 2000 with ANSN and IBM, where prep/preschool teachers from rural or disadvantaged areas were supported through a 12 month action learning model which focused on developing effective pedagogical strategies for technology implementation.
